Job Description:

CNC Miller required – must be able to programme , set and operate 3 and 4 axis machining centres  with Haas controls.

Must be able to programme from engineering drawings directly onto the machines without the use of any CNC software and be able to work with the minimum amount of supervision to complete from drawing to finished component.

Any experience in CNC turning on Colchester bar lathes with Fanuc controls  Haas and Mazak lathes would be an advantage together with experience in the use of CMM inspection , EDM wire eroding and cylindrical grinding but not essential.

Any experience using ONE CNC or MASTERCAM off line programming software would also be an advantage.

PERMANENT POSITION – 39 hours per week ( overtime currently available )

 Mon – Thurs 8.00am – 4.30pm and Friday 8.00am – 3.30pm.

OR

Mon – Thurs 12.00pm – 10.00pm

PAY RATE – negotiable dependant on ability and experience .
