Job Description:

£9 - £11 an hour

Must have experience in fine limit and sheet metal work.

Must have experience in all aspects of sheet metal work including using hand tools and equipment such as guillotine, CNC & manual brake press, tig & mig welding, grinding and finishing to a high standard.

Must have the ability to read technical drawings.

Ability to work with all types of metal up to 4mm.

Knowledge of CNC programming and setting of CNC punch would be desirable.

CAD knowledge an advantage but not essential.

Must have attention to detail and be able to finish to a very high standard.

Must be punctual and be a good time keeper. Be confident, organised, methodical and be able to problem solve and come up with solutions. Be enthusiastic, self motivated and work well as a team member.

39 Hours per week - 8am to 4.30pm Mon to Thurs & 8am to 3.30pm Friday.

Willingness to work overtime during busy periods. Paid at time and a half.

25 days holiday per week (including 5 days Xmas shutdown).

PPE provided.

Forklift truck certificate would be desirable.
